Purpose of this website

Centurial Art is an art project inviting one artist per age, from 1 to 100, to submit a single artwork answering the exhibition's question. The site presents submitted artworks, accepts new submissions, and lets visitors sign up for project updates.

Conditions of use

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith, and not to submit content that infringes the rights of others (see "Ownership of submitted artwork" below). The operator may refuse or remove any submission at its discretion.

Ownership of submitted artwork

Artists retain full copyright over the artwork they submit. By submitting, an artist grants the operator a non-exclusive license to display the work on this website, in project-related social media, press and promotional material, exhibitions and documentation. This platform does not automatically transfer copyright, and does not currently grant any commercial licensing rights beyond the above.

A more detailed licensing and terms agreement — covering, for example, future commercial licensing, prints or merchandise — will be published before any such use begins, and will require separate, explicit consent from artists.

Liability

The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep this website available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. Submitted artworks reflect the views of their individual artists, not the operator.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the operator's domicile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
